How to change picture once the topic was posted??

I know you can drag the corners when you mark the picture....
 
But I cant find the picture properties anywhere?? Even if I click on a picture and the the picture button, then the actual picture and size doesnt show???
 
Why??
 
Theres no properties for a selected item nowhere.....

Picture properties would only display when selecting an image from your uploads folder.

Yes but I want to resize it using a properties box, but it cant be done, without going through the hazzle of inserting it again....?
