	if i choose a moderator, he can see the ip address of the person who posted the message, i dont want the moderators to see the ip adrresses of the ppl who posted. how?

	You would have to edit the file forum_posts.asp and find the part where the IP addresses are shown and remove the moderator boolean from seeing the IP addresses.

	However I would leave it in as if someone started spamming your board and you wern't around to stop them and one of your moderators is they could block that persons IP to prevent your board from being attacked.

	there is no such a file as forum_posts.asp :( i use v 6.74

	OK, you didn't mention you where not running the latest version. I assume you mean then version 6.34 or less as there is no 6.74, in which case the file is display_forum_posts.asp or display_forum_threads.asp I can't remember which name the file was called in that version.
