On your control panel, when you create a new members group, you should see a button to your right that says Update New Members Group. Click that and it should then update the particular member. Failing that, then the easiest thing would be for you to manually adjust this members permissions, and change their permissions manually

A members Group will update when they post.

So if you up the post limit or reduce it, once the member makes a post they will be moved to the relevant group.

okay thanks both of you.
I will check with member post.
update button didn't worked.

EDIT: I think new member group is to assign a group where new member join by default

adding another post did the trick so its solved.
