Also 95% of errors are becuase of corrupted files, try unzipping and uploading the files again.

What Should I Try First.... server Or Java... i am using  Microsoft Internet Information Services (IIS) version 5.1

Dios it come up with a blank page with 500 Internal server error then listing the line number and the error type?

Or is it a JavaSCript error coursed by your browser that your browser pops up some grey box saying error at line xxx?

Try reuploading files first and test in another browser, Mozilla is very good and much better than IE.
