	I'm not sure if you have attempted to reinstall or not, but there appears to be different error. Make sure you have ran the database upgrade script, if not make sure you back up your database first. As for your original issue, if you are still experiencing it: Are you using a different language on your forum (other than English)? As this may be the issue, make sure you translate the language file that came with V9.65 If not, then it could be a corrupt file and you should try uploading the file again.
