	Does anybody know how i can create a common topic that all of our users will be notified with an email about? Thanks in advance.

	You can create announcements topics if logged in as the forum admin which are shown at the top of all forums, but unless the member is subscribe to that forum for email notifications they would not get an email notification. Sending bulk email to people who have not subscribed to receive such communication is illegal in many countries as it is classed as spam.
