Perhaps stupid question of me or is it a bug?

I deleted a topic (as admin) with about 40 reply's. The topic was gone on the topic list.
Then with a search i found a reply of that (deleted) topic.
Replied on that topic and it's back on the topic list.

I am using the MsAcces version of this topic.

What to do to prevend this (replying on a deleted item)

This should not be possible, but access is very slow at updating and when you delete something from access it never actually deletes till you download and compact and repair the database.

@ Borg: I deleted the topic and about 30 minutes later i made the query and then replied on a reply.

So it it correct after deleting a subject and don't download and compress there is a possibility to restore the topic (query and relpy)?

On the other way: Deleting a topic with many reply's means a the possibilitie of unwanted restore of a visitor until deleting all the reply's by hand.

Correct me if i'am wrong and sorry for the way ewriting in english (i am dutch)
