Block unwanted user names?

Is there a way to block unwanted user names from being used? 

I got a MIKE HUNT & ANITA MANN  registered.. (and actually posting.. )  I have tried to ban the email addresses, but if their email address doens't match the user name they are using.. this won't work.

at line 425 in register.asp there is a list of names not allowed just follow the format and add whatever names you want to be "not allowed".
I'm a wannabe programmer that knows how to do nothing but create invalid procedure arguments.

Well.. I added a TON of them.. who knows, maybe it will at least make it a little harder?!

If anyone else has any ideas of how to keep people like this off/out of our forum, I would appreciate any ideas!!

My theroy.. ignore them, and hope they go away..
