i used a designer company to design and develop a site for me. they did it well and used the forum after changing the langauge. I had error in the forum last week and surperisingly I found the message indicating that I have to have permission, I contacted them and they fixed the problem. Now I discovered that this forum is from this site and not designed by them. I am afraid every time they can stop the permission and i will lose my work which is non-profit consultation. how can i manage to solve this situation

They did very well in adapting the forum to Arabic and given the time that they put into that adaptation, I would say that you didn't pay for the forum, you paid for the time spent customizing it.

First, I would approach them and ask for the administration password. Any reputable company would turn it over immediately. If they do not, I would suggest contacting any ASP programmer immediately as any one of us with your permission could edit the database to give you full permissions to your board and eliminate the account that they are currently using. If you do not believe that they are willing to give up the admin password, then you should skip contacting them and just find a programmer to help you.

Reselling and redistribution of the forum is stricktly prohibited in the license agreement.

By salling you the forum and removing the links back to web wiz guide from the bottom of the forum means that you are illegally using the forum!!
