Nice work on getting the forum up there and at least a skin and the nav bar mod. I'd have to ask "what is the purpose?" of the site as my feedback. Digitalgoods.net causes me to think you are offering some sort of digital goods for sale?
No offense or harshness meant...just offering suggestions. 
Edit: Sorry..missed the information link. A suggestion for that would be to remove the "spam" look from it. You might also try some real storefront software like www.candypress.com to sell the ebooks and downloads too.
