poll, please help

I have just downloaded the poll with access 97, and there is a problem with it, after you have logged in at the admin.htm page, then click (add new weekly poll), then i type in my desired question to ask and so many chosen answers the click (add new weekly poll), this then goes to (add_new_weekly_poll.asp), but the page says the page cannot be displayed, then when i refersh the page it says (The new Weekly Poll has NOT entered into the Database as there are problems with it).
