How can I block HTML in signature? or turn off sig

Hi,

Is there any way to turn block html in member signatures?   I've got a moderated forum and I have people register and then reply to a post and put links to debt consolidation companies, casinos etc...  in their signature... its a new form of spamming...  
 
The forum is moderated, so I catch these when I do the approval of posts, but its becoming a significant number of posts and member accounts to deal with. 
 
Is there any way I can turn off signatures? I set the 'long form' to off, but the user can still enter the signature after they register and validate the account by going to their profile page.

In the forum configuration page in the admin area there is an option to turn off signatures.

Perhaps I'm missing something... I cant find an option to just turn off signatures. Maybe I'm having a slow morning? :)

Very sorry it looks like it is not in the present version but will be in the next major release.

In the meantime I can do a work around to avoid further spamming.  I've turned off the long form registration and will modify the register.asp to not show the signature field. That way any new users will not be able to fill in the signature field.
