Hey everyone

I'm using the Access Version, I want to change to SQL version

I don't care about the old database

I can start a new one, but I made lots of change in the source code, I can use the Access ver code some how?

Thanks

Oz

It is possible to use the Access version of the code with a SQL server. You would just have to change the database type after the connection and SQL date type has been set. Other than the difference is Access using ## rather than '' for SQL statement querying dates there shouldn't be much difference. Although you would not be using SQL as efficiently as you could be.

Also don't forget that in Access it true and false while SQL Server uses 1 and 0.

Access actually uses -1 and 0 internally
There have been many, many posts made throughout the world...
This was one of them.
