	I just upgraded to 7.1 but I would like to know if there is a way to have a distribution list notified when an update is made to any topic under a category.

	If email notification is enabled anyone who wishes can select to be emailed any new posts made in any forum by clicking the 'watch this forum for new posts' link at the bottom of the page displaying the topic titles in that forum. They will have to do it themselves if they require it as you can not set it for them.
