	A user wants to delete an image from his File Manager but can not. When he hits delete it goes to a IE HTTP 500 Error page. I tried deleting it as the admin and could not either. I then went to the server and tried to find his folder in the Upload folder but could not find one with his user name. In this folder their are many folders with user names and many folders with just numbers assigned to them. I assume his folder is one with just a number which must be his member number. How do I find out his member number so I can know what folder to go to and delete this image for him? Thanks, Chris Farris SWFA, Inc. Opticstalk.com 9.54

	If you turn off friendly HTTP error messages in IE then you will get an accurate error message which will know straight away what the issue is with deleting images. To findout what ID number your member has have a look at their forum profile, in the address bar you will have a PF= followed by a number, that number is the users ID number.

	Microsoft VBScript runtime error '800a0046' Permission denied /file_delete.asp, line 150 ---------------------------------------------------------- I was succesfully able to delete it direct from his folder. 	The permission error you have is that you don't have the required permission on the server to delete files. You need to make sure that you have Read, Write, and Modify permissions set on the 'Uploads' folder for the anonymous user account your website uses for IIS. This is usually the IUSR_ account.
