How can I retreat a users IP address, when this user has not yet written a post?

Why do I need this? Because I want to compair "two users" that I think is only one.. The pattern seems to show an advertising scam on my board..

Your server logs will give you the IP's, to do it with the forum isn't worth writing all that extra info to the database. You would have to count every single visit.

I think it is a very important information, when dealing with trouble makers. There are several ways to make patterns, and this info is just one tool of many. I miss this info from the old forum system I had.

Anyone interested in making a buck or two? Looking for someone to program extra facilities to the admin page.

If you have access to your server logs use these instead, if you don't have access to the logs try a third party script from hotscripts.com

What exactly do you require and I'll look into it a bit more.
