The mass email tool in version was very basic and just sent out text emails on a loop which often failed due to overloaded mail servers and other issues. It was also not compliant with EU and US anti-spam laws.
Instead there is a new tool for sending our eNewsletters to Web Wiz Forums members, it's called Web Wiz NewsPad available from the link below:-
