Topic: New Administrator Questions Posted: 14 November 2008 at 9:09pm |
I am trying to find out how I, as an aministrator, can remove files uploaded by a forum member? The admin control panel does not seem to offer me a way to do that. I'm just getting ahead of future problems.
Also, the control panel mentions a super admin position. I cannot find any other reference to that user level. Can you explain?

If you can upload the forum software (which you obviously can) then use FTP to browse to forum/uploads and explore the relevant folders. Remove the offending files using FTP

You know, sometimes I just feel like an idiot. You are 100% correct. God forbid I try the easy way to do things. My apologies for being a dumbass.
