I've been doing web development and SEO freelance work for about 12 years. Its very well known that constructing your title is as, if not more, important than the meta tags themselves.

Yes, I know and the Forum name is actually in the Title tag.
Though you mislead me slightly by saying Meta Tag instead of Title tag.
