OK I have everything setup.  So here is my question how do I set it up so that user who is in the Moderator Group can delete other users emails?

If you mean how can they delete users email addresses from their profiles, then, as long as they have moderator permissions on at least one forum, then they can modify profiles by clicking the button at the bottom of the popup profile. If thats not what you mean, then I have no idea what you just asked!

b_bonnett,

I have built a user called testuser (they are built as a Moderator Group).  I want this user to have the ability to delete other users posts if they post something that is vulgar, defamatory, harassing or hateful. 

Hope this is more clear,

Modify their permissions (either 'Group Permissions Admin' for a group or 'Member Permissions Admin' for an individual user), and give them moderator rights for each forum you want them to be able to delete other users posts in.
