If you using the MS SQL version the forum is designed to use the MS SQL OLE DB Driver, not ODBC...

If that's not your problem post back with more info, like what database and connectionstring you're using.

No, I'm using Access version.
I don't modify the initial settings of the forum. Only moving the database to other folder.

The line of error says:
'Set an active connection to the Connection object
adoCon.Open

Usually this type of error can suggest :-

A corrupted file, or database - try reuploading
Incompatble database driver - try a different driver
Problem with the web server - try reinstalling Microsoft's MDAC Drivers from www.microsoft.com/data
