Problem with GroupWise receiving of email

Groupwise email system has an option to receive emails as HTML or plain text. I want the emails to come as plain text but it doesn't work right.

Any thoughts may help.

Emails sent by the forum software is in HTML format and so may not be compatble with text email systems.
