Group Admin name change?

I'm pretty new at all this, so I have what is probably a pretty dumb question....
 
Group Admin cannot be deleted and I don't want to delete it.  Can I change the name from Group Admin to something like Administrator and not mess anything up?

You can change the name of the group from the 'Group Administration' page within the admin area.
