RSS Feeds: Display posts w/o comments?

Hi guys!

I'm wondering if anyone figured out how to use a forum's RSS feed to display posts from a particular forum, but omit any comments to that post?  I'd like to set up something like a news page where people can click a link to comment on an article, but I don't want users' comments to flood the news page too...
