Hi there all,

Could anybody tell me how to add a navigation button to my site to open the aspchatnow program.

I already have it in the site, but have to link to it through a sub forum.

Thanks!Smile

Check out my site at www.narniaweb.com/forum and you can see the place where I added my navigation chat bar. I put this at around line 130 of includes/status_bar_header_inc.asp

Nice site!

Thanks for the info, but sadly, whilst my skill IS growing, I still have much to learn about ASP, and unfortunately, I still do not have a clue how solve my original request!!

I'd love to know how to get all those google ads on to my site too, but I have no idea how to get them around the borders.

I love that narniaweb site! It's enough to get me into that.
Very well done, nice colors, good layout. Kudos.
I can't see where there's chat, however. I'd like to use the same chat and was looking for a good place to place it - but can't see a chat button or area on narniaweb forums.
I have another question - how did you change the page colour and not change the color of the text area or box in the reply spot?
I changed our page background colour here"
/* Page body */
body{
    background-color: #4080E0;
    /* background-color: #FFFFFF; */
    margin-left: 0px;
    margin-top: 0px;
    margin-right: 0px;
    margin-bottom: 0px;
And it changed the background of the area where you type.

Hey guys. Thanks for the kudos on the NarniaWeb site. It's really been a fun ride... and I have to say that after taking the jump and upgrading to v9 from v7 EVERYTHING works so much better and faster than it used to. It's really been great.

So, on to questions.... I believe you have to be logged in to the site to see the chat bar that shows who is currently chatting. The login page for the chat itself is http://www.narniaweb.com/chatroom.asp

If you would like to have the integration files that I wrote to connect addonchat to the webwiz db, send me a PM with your email address and I will email them to you.

To change the background of the RTE area add this to your CSS:

Quote
.WebWizRTEtextarea {
 font-size: .75em;
 font-family: Verdana,Arial;
 color: #52381F;
 background-color: #FFFFFF;
}

Matty, you need to purchase webwiz and if you do that, there are lots of good options for adding Google Adsense into your site through webwiz. I don't use those, though, and just add the codes in through my other templates on the skin of the site itself (not through webwiz).
