By the looks of it the database has not be created correctly and hasn't created the default values.

Try deleting the database and starting again with the database setup tool.

what is database setup tools? How I can do starting gain with the database setup tool?

There's nothing posted in it, but it opens and seems to work fine for me.
I can see the various sections and go to them, and get the message that there are no topics posted in "any date" which is normal.
My guess is it's a living and doing business in China forum?
