With respect to its new features, will there be anything that would allow the display of youtube videos via the RSS feed?  Currently, all that appears is the hard code while the actual forum post displays youtube videos just fine...

Yes YouTube will work in RSS Feeds.

There will also be an option of enabling YouTube BBcodes for both the forum and the private messaging system individually.

I couldn't find the v10 recommendations so I thought I would add this here:
 
We would like the ability to change the Allocated Upload Space: by user group.
