This can be quite a hard component to track down.

I would recommend instead looking at AspUpload it's a much better component and newer versions support uploads up to 2Gig.

The next version of Web Wiz Forums will support much larger uploads, when used with this component.

Sorry, also just remembered that you are using an x64 server. There is a new version of AspUpload for x64.

Now, ASPSmartUpload are not available from the developer.
That asp file is "Free ASP Upload" not "ASPSmartUpload" but from the same developer.
 
ASPSmartUpload can download from HERE. Instruction included in that file.
