"kudos" option?

Don't know where this belongs, or how to word it.

have an option if a member does something good, a good deed, helps above and beyond, sends a member a free part to help them out, whatever, you can go into that members options and give them a "good egg" mark.  I've gotten a few myself because mis-guided folks think I'm nice and helpful or some strange thing like that.
I've seen other forum packages allow you to give members "good marks".
Is there such a thing, will there be such a thing, is it a "mod" that can be done easily?
Say someone here REALLY helped me out of a bind, perhaps they fixed my database or something, I could come in here and give them a check mark for being a great member.
We'd like that option - a few of our members deserve kudos, or an "attaboy" or something.
