Forum at a snails pace on Macs

Hi.

Since we upgraded our forum to the newest version I have had quite a few mac users tell me that the speed is terrible, infact it can take up to 5 minutes to load the forum. The rest of the site is ok.

as I said this only happened since we put the new version on. I've searched through the forums and cant find anything relating to this but we have proved its not just the one MAC. We have even upgraded it to the latest OS.

Can you give me any ideas as to what else I can try (have already switched off the WYSIWYG editor) to speed things up or even fix it!

Apples Safari browser has allot of problems rendering pages, becuase it's naff.

A better solution is for you Mac users to download one of the Mozilla based browsers and use that instead.

Already gone through most of the browsers available on Mac with no real joy :(
