Again with my bad english
 
I've uploaded a forum from 8.04 to 9.5 but now all my uploads are lost. The location is changed. I've reloaded the complete website and have change some folders. First it was www.mbvp.nl/leden/login/forum/uploads/ for the forumuploades but it has changed at www.mbvp.nl/forum/uploads/ Who can help me??
 
The folder with all the uploads is relaoded but it doesn't work

if you changed the upload folder from it's default location then old posts will still link to the uploads in your old folder.

Version 9 now has the upload folder hardcoded to the uploads folder found within the forum directory. Any new uploads will be added to this folder.

You can not change this location in version 9 as it was found that doing so often coursed errors and prevented the new upload system from working correctly.

Ok, so i will make de folders so its was and  the uploaded images will be display on the new forum.
The strange thing is that the uploaded avatars will display in the new forum.

I have an older version 7.9 of WEB WIZ FORUM
Can we upgrade this older version with 9.x without any data lose

Yes you can.

Use the database upgrade tools in the zip file that come with version 9 to upgrade your database. Remove your old forum, then upload version 9.

To prevent your images getting lost like the guy above, leave your old upload folder where it is with the old uploaded files in.
