	Hi, I downloaded the program, published on http://www.takekerala.com/ In http://www.takekerala.com/forum, I tried to login many times, always getting this message: Server Error in Forum Application An error has occurred while writing to the database. Please contact the forum administrator. Support Error Code:- err_Access_loginUser()_update_USR_Code File Name:- functions_login.asp Error details:- Microsoft JET Database Engine Cannot update. Database or object is read-only. .. what should I do, then? Is it my fault in the settings? Or what? Thanks a lot for the help.

	The error means that you do not have the correct permissions set on the directory containing the Access database. For more information check the common errors in the documentation.

	Yes. You are right. The provider told me there is only one folder with the right permissions: mdb-database. What does it happen if I move di access database to that location? Does the asp code continue to work properly? Thanks very much.

	If that is the only directory with write permissions set on it, then place the database file there and then update the database/database_connection.asp file with the correct path and name to the access database. The ASP code with the exception of the file I mentioned does not need any modification and you should be good to go after that.

	You should place the database in a secure database folder anyway, and how to do it is in install documentation:- http://www.webwiz.net/webwizforums/kb/moving_access_database.asp
