Probelms upgrading v7.5 to 7.6?

I am thinking of doing this upgrade.  Could anyone let me know if there has been any known problems with this upgrade.  Also is anyone aware of the proper way to go about upgrading it?

I upgraded the Access version from 7.51 to 7.6 without any problems.

Just replace the changed files et voila! off you go!
