Any way to be able to LOCK POST within the Post?

	I've tried to do so (I'm a MOD) but can't find the option anywhere. While I'm in a thread, the only way I could LOCK/UN-LOCK is to get out of the Thread and go to the list of topics to be able to do this. Am I missing something or it's just not an option available?

	Use the moderator tools drop down at the top of the page.
