We have a license for WebWiz forum V8 which I have been able to upgrade an apply to a V9 install. Initally it looked fine the adverts had gone and things worked fine, however today when I looked at the forum the adverts where back. I re-applied the licence and they have gone again for now.
I can only imagine that this was caused by us having multiple domain names that point to the same website. We are currently re-branding so are moving to a new domain name and I had tried to access the new forum (only testing it at the moment) using the new domain name. Would this be the case and if we went live with the updated forum would it keep loosing its premium status as we access it from the wrong domain name (not the one in the registration code)?
