	are the two lines I deleted actually needed? they appear to be blank lines, unless there is some hidden code in them

	No, it looks like an oversite on my part and as IIS doesn't throw up an error, it was over looked in testing. Edited by -boRg-

	Using SunOne as opposed to IIS you do need to add an asp upload component as there is none built in.
