When I get an email in reply to a message I am suscribed to the link in the email is missing the forward between the forum directory and forum file.
 
 
 
Where is say's forumforum should be forum/forum

Try putting the slash in settings where you define the forum URL.

That was the problem.. The instructions don't show that last forward slash.

The software should auto detect if there is a slash or not, but a slight coding error means that this isn't happening as intended, but has been fixed for the next release.
