Hello guys,
I ran into the same probem ... however... what you will need to do is download the express version, connect it to ur db, and login to the admin area...
when ur in the admin are attempt to apply your license like you did with version 8... once you submit it you will get a message saying that you need to apply version 9 license... it will give you a link as to where you shoul go to do it.
Then on that link you will see your info there and you add whatever is missing and regsieter... you will then be logged into the client area where you can obtain your license key.
