ok, edit the file i've told u above, then edit "utf-8" to "iso-8859-1"
that's ok

ok I had edit setup_options_inc.asp:
 
Const strRSSPageEncoding = "iso-8859-1" 'RSS Feed page encoding
 
but I have the same problem!
 
I must edit also browser_page_encoding_inc.asp?

have u uploaded it and replaced the old file?
 
i saw the output source code of the file RSS_topic_feed.asp
 
it shows <?xml version="1.0" encoding="utf-8" ?> along
