how do you make it so that this forum allows dynamic images?

i have no idea why this forum breaks up the link. there is no space in the word Wrecker above.

To prevent hackers from using things like xss only certain things are allowed in links to images.

Images must have an image extension like .gif or .jpg and can't have a querystring on the end so things like ? are also removed.
