Nested Forums

Hello,

I hope this is not a dup post. I read over about 10 pages, but didn't see this yet. I could have missed it though,if so tell me where, and I'll read up on it.

Here goes.

We've implemeted the software on our company site, and would like to use it for organizing documents.We want to place documents in a forums by city.

So the Forum structure would be Country>State>City.

I can make the Country Forum, then make a Sub forum State, but I cannot make a City Forum. Ex) USA>OHIO>CINCINNATI, or USA>OHIO>DAYTON.

Has anyone had experience with this? If so can you please tell me how you solved this problem?

Why don't you make forums like

Forum = USA-OHIO <==> Discussion <==> CINCINNATI
Forum = USA-OHIO <==> Discussion <==> DAYTON

Problem Solved??? Or not??

I'll suggest that they rethink their structure. The example is not exactly as I explained. I picked and example that would help me explain my need---Multi Nested Forums.

They might be dealing with 1,000's of forums, using a different structure.
