	Hi We have a small problem with disappearing topics. I have done a search but cannot find this problem listed here. It seems to happen randomly and might be connected to users editing or deleting (most probably) posts. The topic is still there - the posts are linked to users profiles and I can find it in the database but it will no longer show up in the topics list. I resolve it by finding the thread and adding a reply to the end of it - which seems to "relink" everything back up again. Is this a bug and is there a fix available please? Cheers Craig

	At the top of the Topic Page there is a drop down which says, 'show topics from within xxx' this is probably set to low, change the drop down and you will see all the posts. To set the default amount of time for each forum edit the forum in the admin section and you can set the default for each of your forums to a longer time, like 'show topics in the last 6 months' or if your forum is slow you may want to select to show all topics.

	Thanks for your reply. No this isn't the problem. The topic was not in the list at all - I went through 25 pages. I found the topic in the topic table and viewed it using the ID in the URL. The breadcrumb was correct in that it listed the forum - but the link wasn't re-created until I replied to the thread. Unfortunately I don;t have one I can show you at the monment - as I fixed both last night. I was interested to see if this was a known problem. Next time I have one I'll email you a link so you can see what is happening. Cheers Craig

	For performance reasons the forum will only display the first 25 pages, if you want to see older topics click on the column headings to reverse the order, for example click on Last Post column heading to see the oldest post first.
