Changing "Show Topics" drop list value

I'm curious if there is a way to change the default value in the "Show Topics" drop down list to "All".  My board is new and doesn't get a lot of post and it's hiding all the posts that are over a month old, which in some cases is all the messages for that topic.  The "Show Topics" drop down list seems to be set to default to one month.  I would like for it to default to show "All" the messages.

You can change this on a foum by forum biases on the page that you use to setup the forums on in the admin area.
