Can't get e-mail working

   I have installed WebWiz forums on an XP Pro Machine - it is working fine until I tried to register a new user. The error message that I get is as follows:

Server Error in Forum Application
An error has occured while sending an email.
Please contact the forum administrator.

Support Error Code:- err_Access_send_mail_footer
File Name:- functions_send_mail.asp

Error details:-
CDO.Message.1
The system cannot find the path specified. 

I have looked through the forum support, but I haven't found an answer. Can someone please help?
