Did you put the ?'s there or is that exactly what the error looks like?

Looks like a database driver error.

Check with the server admin that the driver is installed correctly and that the server is running the latest MDAC drivers from www.microsoft.com/data

It still looks like a db error.

Do you do as i suggested and download and install the latest MDAC database drivers?
