hi, i have noticed that the new posts icon does not appear when a post is added on the day. How do i edit the code so that it shows thwe icon when a new post is added on the current day.

'If the forum has new posts show the new posts icon
                    ElseIf CDate(dtmLastVisitDate) < dtmLastEntryDate Then
                        Response.Write ("<img src=""" & strImagePath & "new_posts_icon.gif"" alt=""" & strTxtOpenForumNewReplies & """ />")

It does work for that day but the present version will only show you any new posts since your last visit.

In version 9 there will be a whole new way of doing this which will be accurate enough to also display how many new posts there are in the topic or forum which are un-read.

Hopefully not to long, but there is a vast amount of development work going on at the present time so it is very hard to say.
