I'm confused about the developer license, what does it grant you to do with the forums?

I see this:

"Developer Keys are for developers who want to integrate applications into their own software for distribution and those wanting to install applications on multiple web sites, like web design companies."

But when you go to purchase it, it says:

"Developers Link Removal Key(s) Purchase

Please note:- You may not re-brand and/or redistribute any Web Wiz Guide product that competes with Web Wiz Guide, whether in whole or in part."

Does it grant you the right to resell/repackage/redistribute or not??

It means that you can not release products that directly compete with any software from this site.

For example you can not purchase a Developer key for the Web Wiz Forums and rebrand it and release it as a forum software yourself, but you could as part of a larger project.

So for example someone could purchase the developer license and use the forum as part of their application and resell/repackage/redistribute it without any links back?
