Hey, I was wondering if anyone could give me a complete or simple run-down of how exactly tro install web wiz forums onto a Windows Server 2003 Server with IIS 6 installed and running. I am hosting my own site from a dedicated server that I manage.

Download the software and unzip it, you will see a complete walk-through guide called "Install Documentation and FAQ's".
