Hello,

I'm trying to integrate WWF's into an existing cold fusion-based site, I have read the posts about setting the cookie, which I can easily do with Cold Fusion, I guess I'm just not sure on the format of the cookie.

I have tried multiple cookie names "WWF" & "UID" and placed the "USER_CODE" in the cookie from the Forum database (its all managed from the CF site and there is a trigger to keep things in sync and that works fine).

I have tried to grab the cookie after logging directly into the forums, but even though I log-in successfully (not going thru any of the existing site), I can't see the cookie anywhere on my system.

Could you please tell me the "settings" of the cookie.

Thank you for your help,

The cookie set by the forum is called WWF, the part of the cookie storing the user ID is (the key), is UID.

Try have a look in Mozilla Firebird, it has a much better cookie system found under Tools/Options which allows you to view cookies.
