access denied after registration!

Sorry, only members with sufficient permission can access this page.

i get this error after i try to register new user.

cookies are enabled and i can use the forum with my admin account without any problem(no problem in database permissions.)

what may be wrong?

please help!

in the forums or in the whole application(default page, pm, active topics and users etc)?

Could be a corrupted file, try reuploading.
